Maybe you don't agree, but the law takes a different view. The woman was practicing medicine without a license (and also without a clue). Her actions led directly to the man's death, which constitutes at least negligent homicide, or involuntary manslaughter.

You can't equate Botox or breast implants with this. They don't directly inject silicone into breast tissue as it will migrate all over the body. And implants have to be redone every ten years because of break down. This is a horrible story especially considering the young age of the man.
